We want to see them healthy and happy, so we arrange regular health check-ups for them. We maintain a medical record for each child and woman to keep track of deworming vaccination and other medical histories.  The children are given commonly used preventive vaccination in consultation with a physician. 

When the women and children first come to Umbrelă we find most of them malnourished. They suffer from anemia, severe skin diseases and have unhealthy teeth condition. After their general health check-up, if required, we take them to concerned specialists for their treatments.

As a part of our post-induction process, psychological assessment is administered by a psychologist. We also organize regular counselling for their mental well-being.
